My love for the kitchen came as a child. I spent many hours watching both of my grandmothers cook and bake sweet treats in their own kitchens, and sometimes my brave father would let me cook in the kitchen with him. My mum often baked us cookies, slices and even the cakes from the famous Women's Weekly birthday cookbook.

There is something nostalgic and special about baked treats. It brings people together and creates memories. This is my favourite thing and what drives me to bake and create custom cakes, cookies and other baked goodies.

I worked in bakeries mostly out on the counter for quite a few years in my teens and then in my early 20's I landed a job baking in a franchised company followed by working in a wholesale pastry kitchen. I always loved to bake cakes for my friends birthdays and giveaway treats at Christmas time.

In recent years, friends and family have said I should sell my baking. So, in August 2021 during the lockdown in NSW when I was stood down from my job, I started selling cupcakes, cookies and brownies. I've since completed a Food Safety Supervisor certificate, and various specialty baking courses through TAFE and other private owned companies.

I look forward being part of your next special event or celebration, and creating an opportunity for memories to be created and remembered for years to come.

I am proud and privileged to support the Look Good Feel Better Foundation both in financial donations and baked goods.
